Bailey Insurance Agency was founded in 2018 by Aaron & Adrienne Bailey as a Farmers Insurance Agency in Union, MO and is still a successful P&C insurance company. In the beginning, their focus was auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.  Adrienne branched out into the health insurance market not long after because she saw a tremendous need for individual and group plans from both her clients and her community. In 2020, Adrienne's father was turning 65 and told her to get her Medicare license so she could get him signed up for Medicare. And, like every good daughter, she listened to her dad and started selling Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplements along with Hospital Indemnity, Cancer Insurance, and Prescription Drug Coverage.  Unfortunately, his life was cut short because of Covid and she never got a chance to help her dad. She has, however, helped many other Seniors find the plan that best fits their needs and budget. 

When Adrienne sets down with a client to talk through health insurance or Medicare, she treats them like they are a valued member of her family. She listens to them and helps educate them on the choices they have. She always explains the benefits and potential shortfalls of the plans, checks to make sure their doctors are in network, and checks to ensure their prescription drugs are covered. Health Insurance and Medicare can be a tricky markets to navigate and Adrienne is patient with clients and answers questions so clients feel comfortable making a decision.
